In the Dagara African Tradition, the Kontomble, are referred to as "the little people", and are extremely powerful pure light beings that operate within the elemental space. The Kontomble are entities that are of the water, while Wedeme are of the land. They are very loving beings full of joy and love but best not to anger them.

She coaches in all aspects of personal development and empowerment, including spiritual guidance, anger management, low self-esteem, relationships, parenting, stress management, career, and motivation. Coaching aims to help clients gain clarity in all areas of their lives, to heal, become resilient, and create a happy and healthy life. The style of life coaching is direct, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Her passion is in helping African American women and help them to move forward and heal after traumatic experiences due to abuse, trauma and personal loss.

There is a flat hourly rate for coaching with a 1-hour minimum, which after, available in a minimum of 30 minute increments.
